Common questions before you start
What happens after I submit an intake message?
When you request attorney review or submit a paid-matter intake, I personally review the matter and reply with whether I can help, the proposed scope, the fee, and what I need next. No obligation until you say go.
When does the fixed fee become final?
The calculators and package pages quote from my published fee schedule. The fee becomes final in the written engagement, after conflict clearance and scope confirmation, and it does not change unless you approve a changed scope in writing.
What is included and excluded in a package?
Every package lists its deliverables, revision rounds, and exclusions on its page, and the written engagement restates them. Work outside the stated scope, new documents, new matters, and negotiation with counterparties are quoted separately before any work begins.
Do I need a call?
