AI Governance Workroom

Collaboration is built into every workroom I deliver: comment on the locked AI Use Policy or the engagement-letter disclosure language, suggest exact wording, and see who changed what and when, in Word-style track changes. My own redlines from this revision round are baked into the drafts too, so you can see how the language got where it is. Open Locked work product below and click any paragraph to try it. In a real matter your notes sync to me for review; in this demo they stay in your browser. Every firm, tool, and fact on this page is invented for demonstration.

Engagement status

The five-second read on this AI-adoption engagement, and what still needs to land. The readiness gauge is the same weighted calculator that lives on the Checklists tab.

AI vendor matrix

Every AI tool the firm uses, rated red, amber, or green on account type, training posture, allowed data classes, and contract status. Click a column header to sort. Click a row for my read on that tool, then try the what-if toggles: change the account type or training posture and watch the posture react, the way the matrix reacts on a real matter when a vendor's terms change.

Confidentiality and citation-verification checklists

The two working checklists of this engagement. Mark each control missing, in progress, or in place, and the readiness gauge moves: critical controls count three times as much as helpful ones, and in-progress items count half. Only I can mark a control attorney-confirmed after I review it; your toggle reports status only.

AI-adoption risk register

Click a column header to sort. Click a row to see how I manage that risk. Color-coded red, amber, and green by severity, the same way I keep this register on a real engagement.

Implementation roadmap

The four phases of a governance rollout: assess, policy, training, monitoring. Each phase ends in a concrete deliverable, and the room tracks where the engagement stands.

Locked work product

The AI Use Policy and the engagement-letter AI-disclosure language are my drafting: read-only, not client-editable. My redlines from this revision round are visible in the drafts, with margin notes explaining each change. Comment or suggest exact wording instead of editing, and I decide what changes before anything is adopted.
