ACH direct deposit carries no card processing fees, which keeps flat fees flat. For invoiced engagements, my ACH instructions are printed on every invoice. For a new matter, request instructions below and I will send them to you directly, usually within the hour during business time.

How paying by card works
Every "Pay" button above goes to a secure PayPal checkout that accepts credit and debit cards as a guest, no PayPal account required. PayPal and Venmo balances work too. You get an emailed receipt automatically, and I get notified the moment payment lands.
What happens after you pay
I confirm receipt by email the same day, tell you exactly what to send me for your matter, and get started. The $400 Zoom session works the other way around: you book your time first, the booking flow holds your slot and takes you to payment, and your confirmation with the Zoom link is emailed automatically.
Common Questions
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No. Every payment link accepts credit and debit cards through PayPal's guest checkout. A PayPal or Venmo account is an option, not a requirement.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Card and PayPal payments are processed entirely by PayPal on their infrastructure. I never see, receive, or store your card number. ACH transfers go bank-to-bank through your own bank's interface.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. PayPal emails you a receipt automatically for card and PayPal payments. For ACH transfers, I confirm receipt in writing once the transfer posts, and invoiced engagements get a paid invoice for your records.
Which option should I pick if I am not sure?
If we have already discussed your matter by email, use the exact tier I quoted. If you are new, the $240 Written Attorney Consultation is the right entry point for most matters: you will get a written assessment and a concrete recommendation on next steps, including whether a bigger package is even necessary.
What if my matter does not match any listed price?
Use "Request an Invoice" and describe the matter in one or two sentences. I will reply with a quote and, once agreed, a PayPal invoice or ACH instructions for the exact amount.
When does work start?
When payment clears and I have the documents or facts I need from you. I confirm both by email the same day, along with the expected turnaround for your specific deliverable.
