Top 6 "Gotcha" Provisions

HIGH PRIORITY

1. Match Result Disputes Have Strict Time Limits

HIGH RISK
You must dispute match results within 15 minutes of match completion. After that window closes, results are final regardless of evidence. Video proof is required for most disputes.
"Disputes must be submitted within 15 minutes of match end time. Late disputes will not be considered. Video evidence covering the disputed portion is required."

2. State Restrictions Can Change Without Notice

HIGH RISK
Players Lounge reserves the right to add state restrictions at any time. If your state becomes restricted, pending withdrawals may be delayed or forfeited.
"We may modify the list of eligible jurisdictions at any time. Players in newly restricted areas will be given reasonable notice to withdraw available funds."

3. No-Show Penalties Are Severe

HIGH RISK
Failing to show up for a scheduled match results in automatic loss and potential account suspension. Multiple no-shows can result in permanent ban and forfeiture of funds.
"No-shows will forfeit the match and entry fee. Repeat no-shows (3 within 30 days) may result in account suspension and balance review."

4. Platform Takes 10-15% Fee Per Match

MEDIUM RISK
Players Lounge takes a service fee from each match entry. Combined with your opponent's entry, you need consistent wins to profit after fees.
"A platform service fee applies to all paid matches. The fee percentage varies by match type and entry amount."

5. Binding Arbitration Required

MEDIUM RISK
Like most skill gaming platforms, disputes must go to individual arbitration. Class actions are waived. The opt-out period is 30 days from registration.
"Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS. You waive your right to participate in class actions."

6. Account Verification Can Delay Withdrawals

INFO
First withdrawals and large withdrawals ($500+) require identity verification. This can delay payouts by 5-7 business days. Verification requires government ID and address proof.
"We reserve the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals. Verification is required for all users requesting their first cash withdrawal."
