Heads up about aI replacing my position without severance

I'm dealing with a situation in California and need some guidance.

AI replacing my position without severance. I've been dealing with this for about 7 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

I have worked at this company for 11 years. My position is exempt and I do not have a written employment agreement beyond the standard offer letter.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

I think half the threads here are about this exact issue.

In my case, it took about 1-3 months to resolve. The key was escalating to a supervisor/manager.
