Unpaid Wages / Overtime in nonprofit — What Are My Options?

Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

pregnant employee pushed to resign. I've been dealing with this for about 4 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

What's the typical outcome in situations like this?
