Using a throwaway bc my boss knows my main. I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

denied overtime for 6 months. I've been dealing with this for about 12 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have worked at this company for 6 years. My position is exempt and I do have a written employment agreement beyond the standard offer letter.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?
