Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

company not paying final paycheck. I've been dealing with this for about 16 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

I have worked at this company for 3 years. My position is exempt and I do not have a written employment agreement beyond the standard offer letter.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

Not gonna lie, i went through almost the exact same thing.

What worked for me was filing with the appropriate government agency. It took 4-8 months but was worth it.

Following this thread — This is eerily similar to what I'm dealing with. Keep us posted?

I went through almost the exact same thing.

Don't make the same mistake I did -- is filing with the appropriate government agency. I'd recommend gathering evidence first instead....

Similar thing happened to me. The attorney I spoke with laid out options I didn't even know existed.

Been there. Here's what I learned.

The trap most people fall into is having everything documented. I'd recommend keeping a detailed timeline instead.

I think half the threads here are about this exact issue.

I ended up escalating to a supervisor/manager, which cost about $1-3 but saved me a lot more in the long run.
