Has anyone dealt with something like this in New York? I'm not sure what my options are.

remote worker being told to relocate or resign. I've been dealing with this for about 11 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have worked at this company for 5 years. My position is exempt and I do not have a written employment agreement beyond the standard offer letter.

What's the typical outcome in situations like this?
