Using a throwaway bc my boss knows my main. I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

trademark office action response. I've been dealing with this for about 7 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

Should I hire a lawyer for this or try to handle it myself?

So basically important to note: statutes of limitations vary by state. In California it's generally 4 years for written contracts and 2 years for oral contracts. Don't wait too long to take action or you might be time-barred.
