I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

DMCA takedown on my original content. I've been dealing with this for about 15 months now and the situation isn't improving.

This involves content I created over the past 22 months. I do not have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?

I practice in this area. Here's my take on the legal issues.

There are several legal theories that could apply here. The strongest is probably 17 U.S.C. § 106, which requires showing substantially similar.

I'd recommend documenting everything in writing from this point forward. Keep copies of all communications.

Not a lawyer, but I have direct experience with this.

In my case, it took about 4-8 months to resolve. The key was filing with the appropriate government agency.
