can I sell AI-generated images commercially. I've been dealing with this for about 11 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

This involves software/code I developed over the past 33 months. I do not have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

What worked for me was having everything documented. It took 3-6 months but was worth it.

This is depressingly common.

The #1 mistake I see here is hiring an attorney to send the initial letter. I'd recommend being patient with the process instead.

This happened to me too. Have you tried filing a complaint with the relevant agency? In my case they investigated and it got resolved without needing a lawyer.
