I'm in a difficult situation and trying to figure out my next steps.

AI art used without permission. I've been dealing with this for about 5 months now and the situation isn't improving.

Am I overthinking this or is this a real legal issue worth pursuing?

I went through almost the exact same thing.

I ended up filing with the appropriate government agency, which cost about $4-8 but saved me a lot more in the long run.

Idk but i specialize in this area of law. Here's my take on the legal issues....

There are several legal theories that could apply here. The strongest is probably 17 U.S.C. § 106 for what it's worth, which requires showing substantially similar.

One important thing — there are strict deadlines for filing these claims. Don't wait too long.

Not a lawyer, but I have direct experience with this.

I demanded to talk to a manager and suddenly they could help/manager. It took 1-3 months but was worth it.

Look, honestly? I'd get a consult. Changed my whole perspective when I did.

What worked for me was filing with the appropriate government agency. It took 4-8 months but was worth it.
