For informational purposes only. This is not legal advice. Laws vary by jurisdiction. Consult a qualified attorney for advice specific to your situation.

Yeah quick background on my situation — any input appreciated.

trademark office action response. I've been dealing with this for about 16 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have already consulted briefly with a lawyer but got conflicting advice.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?

Idk but just want to point out — teh statute of limitations might be a factor here. In some states it's as short as 1-2 years. Don't sit on this too long haha.

Have you tried reaching out to your state's consumer protection office? They sometimes have free resources or mediation services.

I work in this industry and unfortunately this is very common. The good news is that when people actually push back with legal representation, companies usually settle.

Been there. Here's what I learned.

I had to go over their head/manager. It took 1-3 months but was worth it.

NAL, but from what I've read, you should file a complaint. Caveat: I'm not your lawyer and this isn't legal advice lol

Not surprised at all tbh.

The #1 mistake I see here is filing with the appropriate government agency. I'd recommend gathering evidence first instead.

I went through almost the exact same thing.

What worked for me was having everything documented. It took 3-6 months but was worth it.
