Real talk: i've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.
trademark office action response. I've been dealing with this for about 16 weeks now and teh situation isn't improving.
I have already consulted briefly with a lawyer but got conflicting advice.
Should I hire a lawyer for this or try to handle it myself?
