SOS: denied overtime for 6 months

Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

denied overtime for 6 months. I've been dealing with this for about 10 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have worked at this company for 12 years. My position is exempt and I do have a written employment agreement beyond the standard offer letter.

Am I overthinking this or is this a real legal issue worth pursuing?

I work in this industry and unfortunately this is very common. The good news is that when people actually push back with legal representation, companies usually settle no cap.
