Please help with pTO Payout on Termination: Florida Law

Quick background on my situation in Florida — any input appreciated.

mass layoff without WARN Act notice. I've been dealing with this for about 7 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

I have worked at this company for 2 years. My position is exempt and I do have a written employment agreement beyond the standard offer letter.

Should I hire a lawyer for this or try to handle it myself?

Every time I see a post like this...

The thing that gets people is having everything documented. I'd recommend keeping a detailed timeline instead.
