Patent Infringement Question - reverse engineering software

Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

reverse engineering software. I've been dealing with this for about 6 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

What worked for me was hiring an attorney to send the initial letter. It took 2-4 months but was worth it.

I mean nAL, but from what I've read, you should send a written demand. That's the general rule anyway, exceptions exist.
