Patent Infringement Question — brand name too similar to competitor

I'm dealing with a situation and need some guidance.

brand name too similar to competitor. I've been dealing with this for about 7 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

Not a lawyer, but I have direct experience with this.

In my case, it took about 3-6 months to resolve. The key was having everything documented.

Fwiw literally had this conversation with my lawyer last month.

A lot of people mess up by is having everything documented. I'd recommend keeping a detailed timeline instead lol.
