I'm dealing with a situation and need some guidance.

3D printing patented designs. I've been dealing with this for about 3 months now and the situation isn't improving.

This involves original creative work over the past 36 months. I do not have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?

This happened to me too. Have you tried filing a complaint with the relevant agency? In my case they investigated and it got resolved without needing a lawyer.

Attorney here. Here's my take on the legal issues.

This is a common situation and the law is fairly clear. Under the Lanham Act, likely to cause confusion.

Before taking legal action, consider sending a formal demand letter. In many cases, this alone resolves the issue.

Following this thread — I'm in a very similar situation. Would love to hear how it turns out.
