I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

3D printing patented designs. I've been dealing with this for about 16 months now and the situation isn't improving.

This involves content I created over the past 15 months. I do have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

What's the typical outcome in situations like this?

Just want to point out — the statute of limitations might be a factor here. In some states it's as short as 1-2 years. Don't sit on this too long.

I've handled similar cases. Here's my take on the legal issues.

This is a common situation and the law is fairly clear. Under the Lanham Act, likely to cause confusion.

You should consult with a local attorney who handles these cases. Many offer free initial consultations.

I've dealt with this before.

I ended up escalating to a supervisor/manager, which cost about $1-3 but saved me a lot more in the long run.
