Non-Compete Agreement Enforceability in Tennessee

I've been trying to resolve this in Tennessee on my own but I'm stuck.

remote worker being told to relocate or resign. I've been dealing with this for about 10 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

I have worked at this company for 8 years. My position is exempt and I do have a written employment agreement beyond the standard offer letter.

What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?
