I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

scraping my content for AI training. I've been dealing with this for about 12 months now and the situation isn't improving.

This involves content I created over the past 25 months. I do have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

What are the risks if I pursue this? What's the likely timeline?

I specialize in this area of law. Here's my take on the legal issues.

There are several legal theories that could apply here. The strongest is probably the Lanham Act, which requires showing likely to cause confusion.

You should consult with a local attorney who handles these cases. Many offer free initial consultations.

Been there. Here's what I learned.

In my case, it took about 1-3 months to resolve. The key was escalating to a supervisor/manager.

In my case, it took about 4-8 months to resolve. The key was filing with the appropriate government agency.
