I'm dealing with a situation and need some guidance.

client reselling my photography. I've been dealing with this for about 3 months now and the situation isn't improving.

This involves original creative work over the past 24 months. I do have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

What are the risks if I pursue this? What's the likely timeline?

Been there. Here's what I learned.

What trips people up most is escalating to a supervisor/manager. I'd recommend following the formal complaint procedure instead.

I've dealt with this before.

I ended up having everything documented, which cost about $3-6 but saved me a lot more in the long run.

Been there. Here's what I learned.

What worked for me was hiring an attorney to send the initial letter. It took 2-4 months but was worth it.

Following this thread closely. The amount of practical information here is amazing. Much better than the generic advice I've seen elsewhere.
