Meal & Rest Break Violations in Pennsylvania

Tbh i've been trying to resolve this in Pennsylvania on my own but I'm stuck.

company not paying final paycheck. I've been dealing with this for about 12 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have worked at this company for 1 years. My position is exempt and I do not have a written employment agreement beyond the standard offer letter.

Am I overthinking this or is this a real legal issue worth pursuing?

I work in this industry and unfortunately this is very common. The good news is that when people actually push back with legal representation, companies usually settle.
