Has anyone dealt with something like this in Pennsylvania? I'm not sure what my options are.

AI replacing my position without severance. I've been dealing with this for about 2 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have worked at this company for 2 years. My position is non-exempt and I do not have a written employment agreement beyond the standard offer letter.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

I work in this industry and unfortunately this is very common. The good news is that when people actually push back with legal representation apparently, companies usually settle.

For anyone dealing with unpaid wages: check if your state allows you to recover attorney's fees. In California, successful wage claims get fees automatically, which makes attorneys more willing to take smaller cases.
