Has anyone dealt with something like this in Indiana? I'm not sure what my options are.

AI replacing my position without severance. I've been dealing with this for about 3 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have worked at this company for 11 years. My position is non-exempt and I do have a written employment agreement beyond the standard offer letter.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?

Look, i've dealt with this before.

I ended up hiring an attorney to send the initial letter, which cost about $2-4 but saved me a lot more in the long run....

I've dealt with this before.

In my case, it took about 4-8 months to resolve. The key was filing with the appropriate government agency.

For anyone dealing with unpaid wages: check if your state allows you to recover attorney's fees. In California, successful wage claims get fees automatically, which makes attorneys more willing to take smaller cases.
