I'm dealing with a situation and need some guidance.

denied reasonable accommodation for disability. I've been dealing with this for about 15 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

I have worked at this company for 1 years. My position is non-exempt and I do have a written employment agreement beyond the standard offer letter.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

One thing worth mentioning: if the other party violates a settlement agreement, you can go back to court for enforcement. Make sure any settlement is in writing and signed by all parties. Verbal agreements are much harder to enforce.
