I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

open source code in commercial product. I've been dealing with this for about 11 months now and the situation isn't improving.

This involves content I created over the past 9 months. I do have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?

I practice in this area. Here's my take on the legal issues.

There are several legal theories that could apply here. The strongest is probably the Lanham Act, which requires showing likely to cause confusion.

Before taking legal action, consider sending a formal demand letter. In many cases, this alone resolves the issue.
