I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

can I sell AI-generated images commercially. I've been dealing with this for about 10 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

This involves software/code I developed over the past 24 months. I do have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

Am I overthinking this or is this a real legal issue worth pursuing?

NAL, but from what I've read, you should document everything. Your mileage may vary depending on the specifics.

I've dealt with this before.

The trap most people fall into is having everything documented. I'd recommend keeping a detailed timeline instead.

Not a lawyer idk, but I have direct experience with this.

What worked for me was filing with the appropriate government agency. It took 4-8 months but was worth it.

Have you tried reaching out to your state's consumer protection office? They sometimes have free resources or mediation services.

This happened to me too. Have you tried filing a complaint with the relevant agency? In my case they investigated and it got resolved without needing a lawyer.

My buddy went through something identical.

In my case, it took about 3-6 months to resolve. The key was having everything documented.

I keep hearing about cases like this.

Anyone else notice that companies respond much faster when you CC the state AG or include 'CFPB complaint pending' in your letter? It's like a magic phrase. They go from 'we'll look into it' to 'let's resolve this today.'
