I'm in a difficult situation and trying to figure out my next steps.

3D printing patented designs. I've been dealing with this for about 14 months now and the situation isn't improving.

This involves content I created over the past 29 months. I do not have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?

NAL, but from what I've read, you should check your state's specific laws. That said, definitely get a lawyer to look at the specifics.

Attorney here. Here's my take on the legal issues.

This is a common situation and the law is fairly clear. Under the Lanham Act, likely to cause confusion.

The practical consideration here is cost vs. potential recovery. For disputes under $10K, small claims court is often the best route.

I've dealt with this before.

The biggest mistake people make in this situation is filing with the appropriate government agency. I'd recommend gathering evidence first instead.
