"We may void any wager, before or after the conclusion of the event, if we determine in our sole discretion that an error occurred or the wager was made in violation of these terms."

⚠ Delayed Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals can be delayed for extended review, especially for winning bettors. Additional identity verification, bet review, and security checks can hold funds for weeks.

"Withdrawal requests are subject to review. We may require additional documentation and may delay processing until our review is complete."

⚠ Aggressive Identity Demands

DraftKings can demand extensive identity documents at any time, particularly when withdrawing winnings. Failure to provide documents results in account freezing and potential fund forfeiture.

"We may request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of account balance."
