- Tiered Cancellation Penalties: HIGH Cancel 60+ days out: 25% fee. 30-60 days: 50%. Under 30 days: 100% forfeited. Timing matters
- Single Supplement Fees: HIGH Solo travelers pay 50-100% extra for single room. Share with stranger or pay premium
- Itinerary Modification Rights: MEDIUM Tour operator can change hotels, activities, and routing "due to circumstances beyond control"
