6 Theme Park Contract Gotchas
- Ride Availability Disclaimer: HIGH Park doesn't guarantee all rides will be open. Popular attractions may be closed for maintenance
- Reservation Requirements: HIGH Annual passes may require advance reservations. No reservation = no entry, even with valid pass
- Express/Fast Pass Extras: MEDIUM Skip-the-line passes cost $75-200+ extra per day, not included in admission
- Photo/Video Surveillance: MEDIUM Park uses facial recognition and surveillance. Entry constitutes consent to monitoring
- Strict Refund Windows: HIGH Tickets non-refundable after purchase or within 3 days of visit date. Date changes have fees
- Behavior-Based Ejection: MEDIUM Park can eject guests for any behavior violation without refund. Broad discretion policy
