- Assumption of Risk: HIGH Extensive waiver covers collisions, lift accidents, terrain hazards. Resort disclaims liability for most injuries
- Blackout Dates: HIGH Season passes often exclude peak holiday weeks. Pay full price for Christmas and Presidents' Day
- No Refund for Weather: MEDIUM Passes and tickets non-refundable if resort closes due to weather or lack of snow
- Terrain Variability: MEDIUM No guarantee all runs or lifts will be open. Trail count and vertical feet can vary daily
- Pass Revocation: HIGH Resort can revoke pass for rule violations without refund. Reckless skiing = lost season pass
- Photo/Video Release: MEDIUM By entering resort, you grant rights to use your likeness in marketing materials
