Data Ownership Ambiguity: HIGH Many CRM terms grant the vendor broad rights to your customer data for "improving services" or "analytics"—clarify exactly who owns the data and what they can do with it
Export Throttling: HIGH When leaving, your data export may be throttled, limited to certain formats, or charged at premium rates. Some limit exports to 10k records at a time
