- Treatment Package Requirements: HIGH Clinics may require purchasing multi-session packages upfront. Unused sessions often non-refundable
- Herbal Supplement Costs: HIGH Chinese herbs and supplements sold separately, adding $50-200+ per month to treatment costs
- Insurance Coverage Limits: MEDIUM Insurance may cover limited visits per year. Cupping, moxibustion may not be covered separately
- No Medical Claims: HIGH Practitioners cannot diagnose medical conditions. Treatment is "complementary" - not a replacement for MD care
- Bruising/Side Effect Waivers: MEDIUM Consent acknowledges potential bruising, fatigue, temporary symptom worsening
- Cancellation Fees: MEDIUM 24-48 hour cancellation notice required. Late cancellations may be billed at full rate
