⚖ California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Act)

CA Civil Code § 1793.2 - Requires manufacturer to replace or refund if unable to repair

Presumption of Lemon applies if within 18 months/18,000 miles:

2+ repair attempts for safety defects, OR

4+ repair attempts for same non-safety defect, OR

30+ cumulative days in shop for repairs

CA Civil Code § 1794 - Manufacturer pays buyer's attorney fees if buyer prevails
