I'm in a difficult situation and trying to figure out my next steps.

Amazon seller copying my product listing. I've been dealing with this for about 4 months now and the situation isn't improving.

This involves original creative work over the past 6 months. I do not have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

Should I hire a lawyer for this or try to handle it myself?

Upwork tip: their ToS says you can't work with Upwork clients outside the platform for 2 years after last contact. But this clause may be unenforceable depending on your state. In California, it likely violates B&P Code 16600.
