Looking for advice on a legal issue. Here's what happened.

wedding vendor no-show. I've been dealing with this for about 2 months now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 4 months ago. I am not sure I have the original signed copy. The total amount in dispute is approximately $32,000.

What's the typical outcome in situations like this?

I practice in this area. Here's my take on the legal issues.

There are several legal theories that could apply here. The strongest is probably UCC Article 2, which requires showing a material breach.

Before taking legal action, consider sending a formal demand letter. In many cases, this alone resolves the issue.

Been there. Here's what I learned.

The #1 mistake I see here is escalating to a supervisor/manager. I'd recommend following the formal complaint procedure instead.
