English isn't my first language so bear with me. I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

vendor missed delivery deadline. I've been dealing with this for about 4 months now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 9 months ago. I am not sure I have the original signed copy. The total amount in dispute is approximately $36,000.

What's the typical outcome in situations like this?
