subscription impossible to cancel. I've been dealing with this for about 13 months now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 23 months ago. I am not sure I have the original signed copy. The total amount in dispute is approximately $137,000.

Ok so this happened to me too. Have you tried filing a complaint with the relevant agency? In my case they investigated and it got resolved without needing a lawyer.
