Sorry for the wall of text. Looking for advice on a legal issue. Here's what happened.

bootstrapped to funded transition. I've been dealing with this for about 10 months now and the situation isn't improving.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?

Just consulted with an attorney about my case. The initial consultation was free and they took it on contingency (no upfront cost, they take a percentage of the recovery). If your case has strong merits, many attorneys will work on contingency fwiw.
