Confused about subscription impossible to cancel

Quick background on my situation — any input appreciated.

subscription impossible to cancel. I've been dealing with this for about 16 months now and the situation isn't improving ngl.

The contract was signed 9 months ago. I am not sure I have the original signed copy. The total amount in dispute is approximately $98,000.

What's the typical outcome in situations like this?

I ended up escalating to a supervisor/manager, which cost about $1-3 but saved me a lot more in the long run.

I work in this industry and unfortunately this is very common. The good news is that when people actually push back with legal representation, companies usually settle.
