Quick background on my situation in Nevada — any input appreciated.
series LLC across state lines. I've been dealing with this for about 8 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.
I have already consulted briefly with a lawyer but got conflicting advice.
What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?
