I'm in a difficult situation in Nevada and trying to figure out my next steps.

member expelled from LLC. I've been dealing with this for about 2 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have already tried to resolve this directly but did not get a clear answer.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

NAL, but from what I've read, you should file a complaint. Every situation is different so YMMV.

I went through almost the exact same thing.

In my case, it took about 4-8 months to resolve. The key was filing with the appropriate government agency.

Not a lawyer, but I have direct experience with this.

What worked for me was having everything documented. It took 3-6 months but was worth it lol.

So this is more common than people think.

The #1 mistake I see here is hiring an attorney to send the initial letter. I'd recommend being patient with the process instead.

Honestly? I'd get a consult. Changed my whole perspective when I did.

This happened to me too. Have you tried filing a complaint with the relevant agency? In my case they investigated and it got resolved without needing a lawyer.

NAL, but from what I've read, you should check your state's specific laws. But don't just take my word for it, get real legal advice.
