I'm dealing with a situation in Illinois and need some guidance.

converting LLC to C-Corp for funding. I've been dealing with this for about 3 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have already done some research online but got conflicting advice.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

Important to note: statutes of limitations vary by state. In California it's generally 4 years for written contracts and 2 years for oral contracts. Don't wait too long to take action or you might be time-barred just saying.
