I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

warranty claim denied on technicality. I've been dealing with this for about 13 months now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 20 months ago. I am not sure I have the original signed copy. The total amount in dispute is approximately $104,000.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

Following this thread — I'm in a very similar situation. Would love to hear how it turns out.

Been there. Here's what I learned.

What worked for me was having everything documented. It took 3-6 months but was worth it.

I've seen this play out several times in my field.

In my case, it took about 3-6 months to resolve. The key was having everything documented.
