I'm in a difficult situation and trying to figure out my next steps.

contract has unconscionable terms. I've been dealing with this for about 9 months now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 7 months ago. I have a copy of the original agreement. The total amount in dispute is approximately $101,000.

What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?
