I've been trying to resolve this in Texas on my own but I'm stuck.
landlord won't fix broken heating. I've been dealing with this for about 12 months now and the situation isn't improving.
I have been renting for 8 years. My monthly rent is $1,121. We are on a month-to-month now.
What are the risks if I pursue this? What's the likely timeline?
